2. Orders & Manufacturing Services
When you place an order with Style Flex, you agree to the following:
- Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Customization: Custom orders for Cricket Uniforms, Hurling Jerseys, School Uniforms, Soccer Uniforms, Swimming Suits, T-Shirts, Tracksuits, and Volleyball Uniforms require design approval before production begins.
- Sample Approval: We may provide samples for approval before full production. Sample charges may apply and are non-refundable.
- Production Timeline: Estimated production times are provided at the time of order and are subject to change based on order complexity and volume.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): MOQ requirements vary by product type and will be communicated during the quoting process.
3. Pricing & Payment
Our pricing and payment terms are as follows:
- Quotes: All price quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Currency: All prices are quoted in USD/EUR depending on the client’s location and preference.
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required to start production for custom orders.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due before shipping. Production will not begin until the deposit is received.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards.
- Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping and delivery terms include:
- Shipping Methods: We use reliable shipping partners for international delivery. Shipping options will be provided at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on customs clearance and local conditions.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
- Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
- Customs: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our returns, refunds, and cancellation policy:
- Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. No refunds are available for custom products unless they are defective or damaged.
- Defective Products: If you receive defective or damaged products, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and provide a resolution, including replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and product images, is the property of Style Flex and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
- Use our trademarks or logos without authorization.
- Reverse engineer or copy any product designs or manufacturing processes.
Any custom designs created for you remain the property of Style Flex until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final product designs for your use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Style Flex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service.
- We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use, handling, or care of our products.
- We make no warranties or representations about the suitability of our products for your specific use case.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Style Flex operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved as follows:
- Negotiation: Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of the jurisdiction where Style Flex is registered.
